• Odds Changes: Odds may change up until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• Match Cancelled or Abandoned: If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with 7u 777's own rules.
• Technical Issues: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 7u 777 reserves the right to void the affected bet.

For Sports Betting results, the official outcome issued by the relevant internationally recognised sports governing body is considered final. In the event of any dispute, 7u 777's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u 777 platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or documents.
• Coordinated group betting for the purpose of exploiting bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting platform technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.

Either 7u 777 or the member may request account closure.

• Closed at Member's Request: Any member may request account closure at any time. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the request is submitted.
• Closure by 7u 777: 7u 777 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, or prohibited activities.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no transactions for 12 months will be marked as inactive and a maintenance fee may apply.
• Remaining Balance: If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, any remaining balance will be refunded. If closure is due to a breach of terms, bonus balances may be forfeited.
